NYCkayaker Cold Spring Foundry Cove

I was going to launch from Foundry Cove in Cold Spring last Sunday.  When I got there I found the launch site closed for improvements.

Many of the trees in the center of the launch area seem to have been taken down.  They are installing new brick pavers for walkways.  Looks like some foundations for gazebo's.

Does anyone have any idea what the launch will look like when finished?  Or when it will be finished?  A toilet would be nice too, will there be one?

Note that it also says "Free weekend parking adjacent to the train station."  It used to be that you could park in the park on weekdays.  It's not clear now if you will still be able to do that, or if you will even be able to drive to the launch.
