NYCkayaker [YPRC] ACA ballots/deadline today

I was trying to locate the ballot, wondering when they would be mailed
out, I opened the last issue of paddler magazine today, found  the
ballot inside!
They don even call it a ballot, they call it a survey!
I guess the ACA doesn't really want anyone to vote, keep things as
status quo.  The deadline for the survey is today. They must be
postmarked by 12/27/06
