Folks,

Well, that whole flurry of messages about PFDs was certainly  
inspirational; it inspired a bunch of people to unsubscribe :-)

But it's all good...

I wanted to briefly mention a couple rules that seem to have been  
forgotten. Basically the most important is that you must post to the  
list from a subscribed address. It seems a bunch of long-time  
subscribers have been posting from alternate addresses. Sometimes i  
can pass these messages manually, but i've been away from my computer  
a bunch lately.

Other things to keep in mind: you cannot send to the list as a CC: or  
BCC:. And, lastly, you can't send attachments to the list. All these  
things are done to prevent spam and cut down the amount of cross  
postings. Spam has been a real issue of late... lots of offers for  
viagra and fake rolexes are getting caught by the list processor.
