NYCkayaker GHRP 2006

My husband Tony and I paddled over from Hudson to Athens late this afternoon to see how the GHRP 2006 group had fared on this warm, humid day.  We found them having refreshments at the waterfront and followed them over to a fine dinner at Ursula's.  We can confirm that spirits were high and folks were having a very good time.  There's no doubt that the group has bonded and several of the guides commented enthusiastically about this year's group.

Tomorrow morning they will set off for a 17-mile day to Saugerties, so if you're in the neighborhood, get out your kayak and paddle along or give them a wave.
