You could also try the Maine Roll-on.  It's about $70 and seems to do the job.

I also have an Outback and I use a product called Roller Loader.    It works well, and it much less money than the Hullivator.  down side is you have to put it on and take it off each use.  but you can use it as a kayak cart if you have to carry your boat a long way.  It's a little awkward for that but if you adjust the straps it works. 
 
I have rollers on my rack, but the car is too tall for me to get the boat up on to the rollers without this roller loader.
 
I got it at a local place on Long Island years ago, so you may be able to find it somewhere,  but here is a picture of it I found with a quick google.
