NYCkayaker Pungo 120 ultralight

A good buddy of mine is thinking of buying a Pungo 120 ultralight for
use in a lake upstate, and possibly in the bays south of long island.
Has anyone had any experience with this boat--it seems reasonable prices
and gets good reviews.

Thanks!

I also have an Outback and I use a product called Roller Loader. It
works well, and it much less money than the Hullivator. down side is
you have to put it on and take it off each use. but you can use it as a
kayak cart if you have to carry your boat a long way. It's a little
awkward for that but if you adjust the straps it works.

I have rollers on my rack, but the car is too tall for me to get the
boat up on to the rollers without this roller loader.

I got it at a local place on Long Island years ago, so you may be able
to find it somewhere, but here is a picture of it I found with a quick
google.

I have a Subaru Outback and a Necky kayak. As I age, I am having
difficulty lifting the boat up onto the top of the car. Does anyone know
any appliances or gadgets or anything that might help?
Thank you for your thoughts and time.
