NYCkayaker Harlem Piers Master Plan

I recently visited the offices of W Architecture and Landscape Architecture. While I was waiting in their waiting room I came across the plan for the work that they are doing uptown by the Fairway on the Harlem Piers Master Plan and Waterfront Park.  
I've paddled by this site several times and I was curious about what is being built there. I asked Jim Sawyer, Managing Principal of the firm, about the project. It seems that the plan includes a kayak landing.
When this project is complete we can land here and shop at Fairway or eat at Dinosaur BBQ!
