Kevin Mansell, BCU Level 5 Coach and Expeditionary from the Channel
Islands, UK, will be offering one of his favorite kayaking presentations
for free on Thursday, July 27, from 6:30 to 8PM at New York Kayak Company.

>From Excursions to Expeditions - Trip Planning for Sea Kayakers. In this
talk, Kevin will discuss matching gear and supplies to the trip, matching
trip conditions to participant skill levels, route and itinerary
selection, and strategies for planning travel and logistics before, during
and after your trip.

Kevin is a professional educator with over 30 years experience kayaking
and coaching. He will be helping with both regular and special programming
at NYKC until the middle of August, so if you can’t attend the talk, feel
