NYCkayaker Aug 12: Dragon Boat Races

Hi All!

Wow, is August 12 the day for paddling or what? Governors Island, 
Harrison Street Regatta, rowing events, night and day 
circumnavigations... And now I find that it's the annual Dragon Boat 
Festival!
