NYCkayaker PCB Cleanup of Hudson

I'm curious. Do they know how to safely remove that
stuff now after all these years?  Is there a better
system-a safe way now actually?  
 Will the EPA be the folks monitoring the water's PCB
levels to see what happens with the dredging the toxic
stuff?  Maybe they have a better technique now.  I
hope so.
 Not that I don't trust he EPA guys...
