NYCkayaker Columbus day kayaking from Hudson, NY

Ahoy, or some other equivalent greeting,

Tomorrow is going to be a glorious paddling day in the mid-Hudson 
area:  water temps a bit above 60 F. and air temps from 60 to mid 
70's.  I'm launching from Hudson at 10:30 to ride the ebb to Catskill for 
lunch, poke into the Ramshorn wildlife preserve and let the flood tide take 
me back.  It's a few days after the full Harvest Moon but the currents are 
still strong.  If anyone cares to join me I'll be putting at the public 
launch ramp.
