:::40, a remarkable percentage of the people who came out onto the Pier
:::stopped to try the kayaks, whether they knew we were there or not,
:::problem is, not that many people come out that loong, unshaded concrete
:::gangplank.  I don't think we have any hard numbers on male:female
:::ratios, but subjectively its a lot more female, at this casual level.  I
:::think a lot of them fall away when they get a look at the dorky clothing
:::involved at the more advanced levels.  There might be a small, but
:::viable market for more flattering women's kayaking attire. (uplift PFDs?)

What kind of bullshit is this?  Get a life, guys.

And maybe take a look at how many guys are weirded out by wearing _skirts_!
