NYCkayaker Graveyard of Ships video shoot

Dear NYC Kayakers;

I am an independent filmmaker who makes films to accompany live music  
performances.
I thought a good location to film for an upcoming concert would be  
the graveyard of ships off Shooters Island, Staten Island.

I was wondering if any of you folks could recommend someone who could  
take me out in a two-person kayak and tour me through that area in  
the next few weeks. My idea is that I would sit in the bow position  
and hold a video camera in underwater housing over the side of the  
boat, and shoot just under (and over) the surface of the water.
