NYCkayaker Oyster Bed Restoration: Who's Working On It?

Tom,

Here's a bit of history concerning the oyster in NY. I have noticed them
returning on the shores of the Hudson over the last few years, particularly
a mile or two south of Piermont, NY on the west shore. However, I have not
noticed them in very large numbers, but of course what I see is at low tide
and attached to rocks.
