Viva la Oyster!   It has literally become "clear" that assuming the rampant overpopulation of
Homosapians doesn't continue unabated--Oysters are now second only to Nuclear Energy as the key to
continued prosperity and quality of life for all coastal dwellers.  

Luckily, it shouldn't cost much to restore a considerable oyster habitat in some key areas like
the NY/NJ Estuary.    Several days worth of federal spending at the current $195,000 per minute
the US is now spending on the Iqaq Occupation ought to go a long way.
