NYCkayaker Spring Splash, Sat 14 April, 7-11pm

hey everyone,

Just a reminder that NY Kayak Polo is hosting Spring Splash at the 
Brooklyn Brewery this Saturday, 14 April, from 7-11pm.  I know there are 
events planned for that afternoon so come join us afterwards.

Come join us to celebrate the start of the paddling season and drink 
great beer.  All paddlers and friends are welcome - it's going to be a 
fun night!

We have a lot of raffle prizes ranging from kayaking and outdoors gear 
to restaurant gift certificates.  Thanks to some very generous sponsors 
including Manhattan Kayak Company, Atlantic Kayak Tours, New York Kayak 
Company, Hudson River Watertrail Association, Kokatat, Eastern Mountain 
Sports, Campmor, Patagonia, Seals spray skirts, Adventure Kayak 
magazine, Keen, Girls at Play, the Half King, the 79th St Boat Basin 
Cafe, the Chart House, Radio Perfecto, Brownstone Diner Pancake Factory, 
Walker's, Tom Cat Bakery, and the Brooklyn Brewery.  Raffle tickets are 
$5 each or 5 for $20.

Time: 7pm - 11 pm

Location: the Brooklyn Brewery. 79 N. 11th St, Williamsburg, Brooklyn

Subway: L to Bedford Ave (1st stop in Brooklyn), walk from N 7th to N 
11th St, turn left towards the river, walk 1.5 blocks to the brewery.

whitewater, sea kayaking, expedition, outrigger canoe, and kayak polo.

* Socialize with old friends and meet new paddling partners.

Cost:
$10 basic admission. Includes 1 beer, 1 slice of pizza
$20 booster admission. Includes 2 beers, 2 slices, 1 raffle ticket
Additional beers / slices $4.
