NYCkayaker Marist Col Fireworks

According to press releases Marist College will be
have a fireworks display this Friday.  While the
fireworks are not open to the public  they are
preformed on the waterfront just north of
Poughkeepsie.
Access to the water is from the Poughkeepsie public
boat launch or behind Mariners Harbor Restaurant (safe
parking) in Highland.
Duration is usually about 30 minutes.

I plan on launching out of Highland.

Marist College will be offering a fireworks display at
9 p.m. Friday.

In the event of rain, the program will be re-scheduled.
