Thanks for the update of the NY paddlers. I agree, Blackburn is the real
deal. Gloucester is a nice place to spend a couple days before and after
the race.
This is another good race, http://l2l.soundkeeper.org/ with a beach party
afterwards.
I thought it has been going on longer then 8 years. See many of the
Blackburn folk

Several other New Yorkers participated.
Bill Bergeron ran his first Blackburn this year. Steve Del Gaudio placed
second in the fast touring class. Jim Hoffman and I raced as well.
The Blackburn is a world class event. Everyone should participate at least
once.
