NYCkayaker best kayak available ?

Vacuum bagging?  Hum.  Can I have that procedure done to me?

Vacuum bagging is the process of sucking the excess epoxy from the saturated
fabric. It makes the boats lighter as it removes excess epoxy.
Hand laid up is the other process
