NYCkayaker Car topping boats

Maybe 2 feet over the roof. The car is a Chevy Tracker, mid sized SUV so 
there is no trunk. FWIW we came back from Lake Sebago using 17, and it 
turns out to be 3 miles shorter than taking the Palisades.
