NYCkayaker Full Moon Paddle Saturday the 25th...the 25th...the 25th

Full Moon Paddle...August 25..............yep......the  25th...........
 
Hummmmm.......the following (see below) is Eastern Daylight  Time.......guess 
that means to add an hour?????
 
So if twilight ends at 8ish...errr 9ish...the moon should be fairly well up  
by then...since moonrise is 6ish...errr...7ish...
 
Launching from Foundry Dock Park in Cold  Spring at 8:30 PM outta get us a 
shot at seeing a waxing  gibbous! Paddlers generally head north....but since 
this is NOT an organized  event there is no telling where paddlers will go.
 
All paddlers are on their own. Hey, it's dark out there......lucky if we  can 
see our own paddle...
 
But whata fun time these have been this summer!!!!!!!!!!!!
