NYCkayaker another FREE Introduction to Kayak Polo Session 8/30

In the event that you missed it the last time around, New York Kayak Polo
will be holding another introduction to kayak polo session on Thursday,
August 30th, from 6pm – 8pm at our new summer home at the pier 66 boathouse
on the Hudson river at west 26th street.

Our last intro session drew so many people that we ran out of boats!
We welcome paddlers of any skill or experience level--we've trained everyone
from white water virtuosos to absolute kayaking newbies.  (you must be 18 or
older or attend with a parent or guardian)

The event is free to all participants.
Non-ACA members will have to pay a $10 insurance fee to participate.
All gear is available for your use at no cost:  boats, paddles, sprayskirts,
helmets, and lifejackets.
Bring a towel and a dry change of clothes, and if you have a pfd and/or a
large deck-size sprayskirt, feel free to bring them as well.
