NYCkayaker Seal watching

Ahoy'all,

(Using a temporary address until the GoDaddy webmail problem is resolved and
the LIC Community Boathouse has a new server for its email too).

Would anyone like to paddle out to see seals sometime Saturday afternoon?
I'm considering simply cartopping sit-on-tops out to Staten Island and
enjoying a mini-paddle from the beach to Swinburne Island, but might also be
open to a longer, decked boat trip from the East River (or Hudson if you
have a spare boat), returning in darkness.

Weather looks sweet -- high of 45 degrees and mostly sunny in the afternoon.

I'm making other meeting plans for the weekend, so I'll have to firm things
up ASAP.
