Hello folks. This holiday season we have so much to be thankful for.
After many, many years of running a paddling program through a path in the rocks....a labor of luv really----we just got word...The Hoboken Cove Community Boathouse will be moving into the beautiful brand new Maxwellhouse Boathouse on that lovely beach in Hoboken in the Spring! And--as if that wasn't enough- we will have another boathouse- uptown on The Hoboken side of the Weehawken Cove in a year or so!
One small problem though. No boats or gear.
What a great time to donate!
Right before the tax year ends!
If you would like to help our little non-profit Downtown Boathouse clone get up and running at the Maxwellhouse beach-and support free river access on our lovely shores..... Please help us out with a donation so we can get our boats and gear. We have learned many lessons from other wise neighbors in the boathouse world... $500-$1000 dollars gets your name painted on a boat! Sound familiar?
So..it looks like a perfect time to write a check!
Please help us get up and running.
On another great note-the City Of Hoboken is hiring an amazing architect for the uptown boathouse on the Hoboken side of the Weehawken Cove.
It will be the jewel of the new Hoboken Cove Park. I can't wait to see that boathouse on our shores.
Pretty great! Three river access spots, and two boathouses for a town- just one mile square....
If you would like to help us out..... We are a non-profit 501- (c) (3)
