"Moral of the story= health care for all"???

What??? How on Earth did a discussion about a frivolous lawsuit
and personal responsibility have anything to do with socialized
medicine?

The other side of the coin, the dumb tourist types probably had medical
insurance and if they fell, their medical would be covered by their policy
and they would not fall under the states care.
The river guide with no workers comp, no medical insurance, if severely
injured would become a beneficiary of the welfare and Medicaid programs of
the state.
