The bus driver has to make that call Steve that is not for you or me.
 I was just trying to bring out the point how close we can be to a mishap
with life long consequences while kayaking, due to no negligence on the
kayakers part. The ability to afford and have access to medical care can
break or make someone's young life. I know someone who was run over by a
motor boat operator while kayaking; the operator had no assets or insurance.
