I suggest shopping to make you at peace once more. There are these really nice psychedelic fleece socks in the men's section of T.J Max right now. They are great when they are wet or dry. Really breath, and keep you at the perfect temp always.Very cheap now.They make my feet happy especially when kayaking.

    Also, mark the day as yet another day that there is a compelling 
need to 'express' 'feelings' about the 'whys' and 'why nots' of 
litigation on a kayak discussion list.  It strikes me as remarkable that 
we have a continuing discussion that the widow should not be suing/have 
sued. I provided several reasons why the widow might have been advised 
to sue. I stand by them. Yet, I suspect that not one of the 'no 
litigation' folks could identify, right now, precisely who is even one 
defendant in the action. Go figure. But, the kicker for "all the other 
people on the list" is that Richard needs to share with you that he 
'feels' that none of this is a point worth discussing on NYCKayaker.

    So, one last time, the connection to kayaking is?????? If I am 
mistaken then I will propose some name changes for the list or perhaps 
sub-sections of the list. Maybe, "/men-in-spray skirts/"???? [I 
italicized that because I 'feel' that the topic has gotten so breathless 
and emotional, maybe even a bit personal.] Really is it possible that we 
might move on to a kayaking discussion.  Take a deep breath and perhaps 
trust the federal court system to deal with the litigation that was 
filed. Nothing concerning that death or litigation can or will be 
resolved here. Nothing. - Richard
