NYCkayaker pier 40 RFP Proposals

I like the other rendering, where the sailboats are all berthed with their
sails up‹always a good idea when you¹re looking to lose your rig‹and two
guys are rowing around in racing singles complete with bow numbers. ŒCause
the water¹s always mirror flat.
