Oops - I realize this phrase could be misread: I said

"I believe there's at LEAST one more major boathouse in the plans.
Julie's thinking it could be fairly large,"

Julie's thinking the next MEETING could be fairly large. Hence the consideration of a larger room. 

She didn't say anything about the theoretical future boathouse which I think is slated for the Gansevoort Peninsula - what I'm thinking is that if I've got it right that that IS still in the plans, then what happens in this meeting could definitely have a positive effect on what happens at the Gansevoort. That one of course involves city equipment & stuff, could be complicated...but if CB1 helps the trust do a better job on the Pier 26 boathouse then they have on the ones they've already built, one would hope they remember those lessons & apply them at Gansevoort right from the start - when, and if, there is a start.
