Hi All,

Old hat to many, but it's significant progress: the story has migrating
from human interest to public policy, and now to business. In short,
when companies see that communities won't let violations be swept under
the rug for the sake of preserving profit margins, companies will become
more likely to act to preserve those profit margins through responsible
prevention.
