NYCkayaker Beacon to Newburgh Swim...REMINDER!

All Kayakers,
  Kayakers needed as escorts. August 5, Check in for kayakers will be at the Beacon Water Front across from the Beacon train station on Sunday August 5th 10am to 11am, followed by a crossing over to Newburgh and an in water safety demonstration.  Swimmers will cross the river from 12:40 pm until about 2:25 pm.  Party after wards at the Beacon Water Front!!!  Rain date: Sunday August 19th midday.
   
  The Safety presentation for the swim/paddle is on Wednesday, August 1st (7 - 8:30 pm).  This will be at the Beacon Institute for Rivers and Estuaries,  Main Street in Beacon,  Two blocks in from 9D on the right.
