Hi All Potential Unsubscribers,

Jeremy works hard to make this list sane and useful. One key aspect of
this is the reminder at the start of each month regarding various list
procedures, including unsubscribing. Please refer back to it and take
yourself off the list when the time comes to move onto other paddling
regions, or to take up basket weaving instead.
