On Sunday at about 2:00, I caught a glimpse of a blue decked canoe being paddled with a single blade on the Hudson just north of Riverbank state park and sewage plant. I didn't see an outrigger. Anybody know who it was? I'm just interested in decked canoes in general, so please contact me off list if it was you. Mark
