Following is a Saturday evening/night schedule for full moon paddles that
will be going on this year.

NOTE: Each paddler is solely responsible for themselves. These are NOT
organized events. Full moon paddles are not for those inexperienced with paddling
on the Hudson River.

Paddles last from 1 to 2 hours...depending on hooting, howling, baying,
chanting and weather conditions (rain, thunderstorms and high winds will cancel).

Leaving from Foundry Dock Park, Cold Spring, NY...adjacent to the Metro
North parking lot (free parking).

A 360 degree white light on the stern is required.

Those who join in these informal outings generally paddle north to the north
side of Little Stony Point Park...
away form the lights of Cold Spring. After the paddle, the Depot Restaurant
will be another destination.

Wild stories...outlandish tales...hard-to-believe recounting of previous
outings are encouraged.

BTW, many have heard or seen unusual sounds & sights at night-time in this
specific area of the Hudson Highlands. As soon as possible after returning
home, these should be reported and recorded...agents are standing by.

The following data is based on _http://aa.usno.navy.mil_
(http://aa.usno.navy.mil) for Newburgh, NY. I also googled moonrise and...
