About the Trust and efforts to increase widespread user stakeholdership.
They advocate from city an state elected officials for our tax payer
funding, and have lost a large percentage from the previous governor's
administration.
meaning:
1 the elected officials are our elected officials too, and can be
contacted as well regarding these paddling/access concerns
2 inform the Trust's leadership that a broader array of stakeholder's can
complement their fundraising efforts
The stick and the carrot.
