last comment today, promise - 

hope that didn't come across as too flippant, the thing about "Lost". I joke about the whole water access business in the park being my soap opera (And now for another exciting episode of "As the Kayak Rolls") - but I really do take it seriously - in fact I think I make the soap opera jokes to try to keep it in at least a little perspective. I do believe in all the noise I make about public participation, though.  

I think the best way for people to get what they want is to ask for it. Attending these meetings is one small way of saying "this matters to me".
