From my vantage point on the Rip Van Winkle Bridge and shore line at Athens
it looks like the ice is out of the river here.
Be advised that the Catskill Creek is full bank and the Stockport Creek is
above flood stage.
 
I plan a quick trip around Stockport middle grounds this weekend and will report any unfavorable conditions (well we know the water is still dangerously cold) after that
