Hey folks,

Well, i opted to geek out today and installed an instance of  
WordPress on the HRWA website.

I may geek out even more and transfer all the content from the  
venerable static site to the Wordpress site over the weekend... or  
not... we'll see what the weather brings.

The cool thing about this instance of Wordpress is i installed the  
event calendar plugin so anybody who is registered can now post  
events and see them in a calendar format... so take a moment and  
visit: http://www.hrwa.org/wp/

You must register in order to do anything... you'll find the  
"register" link on the lower left side under "META".

I'll be changing the stock photo that came with the theme... so if  
anybody has some Hudson River shots they're really super proud of  
now's the time to send them to me.

Fear not, i don't foresee this replacing the email list anytime soon,  
but for events and reports and such i truly hope it proves to be of use.

The look and feel is subject to change, but any content that gets  
posted should remain safe.
