NYCkayaker Paddling certification needed

I would think that the group at Atlantic Coastal Kayakers located in
Saugerties NY can do it for you.  I attended a training session with
them a couple of years ago that could have led to certification.  Bill
Lozano is the head of the company.  Good teacher.

Hi all,
 
I have an adventure race coming up soon that requires a certification
for open water kayaking skills including rescue techniques such as wet
exits, re-entries and T-rescues.  The certification form does not
require that the instructor have any formal designations, but asks to
list the instructor's qualifications. 
 
Do any of you know someone locally that can do this for me?  I live in
NYC (and don't have my own kayak) but can bike or take the train to
anywhere reasonably close to get this done.  I would need to get this
done in the next week, preferably this Sunday.
