or phone at (845) 246-2187. They run a paddle center at Annsville on the Hudson, just north of Peekskill. 

Also check out Manhattan Kayak at http://www.manhattankayak.com/mkc.php?screen=racerescue. They list a course called Adventure Race Rescue and Towing that may be just what you are looking for.
