Hi Dave,
Your welcome.   I actually used posting that partly as a means of refreshing my own memory with
the Rules--it's been some years since I completed the USCGA Boating Skills and Seamanship Course
aka The Small Boating Class.  Also, thanks for posting that link--I didn't know the Rules could be
found on the internet.
