NYCkayaker 5 Boro: Three more motor boats

If they can race tugboats & push garbage barges, then surely
 
this is not too far fetched. 
 
 Before we go underground, let's turn this into a local matter 
& invite the City of New York to participate.
 
For the goodwill it would generate, 
perhaps they would muster :
 
One NYPD launch, and
ONE NYFD inflatable
 
and if NYC Parks doesn't have a boat, then maybe,
 
channel ONE or channel seven would consider
 
chartering a yacht to properly document the
 
relevant spectacle.
 
Surely someone out there has the phone number of Dorothy Lewandowski, the 
parks department’s 
commissioner for Queens and an avid kayaker, and others who could help make 
this go.
 
I'd like to see every capable human powered boater on the water that happy 
day.
