RIVERKEEPER CUP 
CORPORATE KAYAK CHALLENGE

Think your team can take on the mighty Hudson River and some tough fellow
corporate competition?  Then paddle up and take the Riverkeeper Cup
Corporate Kayak Challenge.  Join us for a unique New York City interactive,
fun, team-building opportunity to race down the Hudson River.  A four person
team will paddle in tandem starting at Pier 96, relaying to a mid point and
finishing at North Cove Marina.  The team with the fastest recorded time
will win the coveted Riverkeeper Cup!

Please join us on Sunday, October 14 at
the New York Water Fest! The New York Water Fest is a day devoted to
celebrating the Hudson River, New York Harbor and surrounding waterways.
Hosted by Riverkeeper and the New York City Sports Commission.

Entry Fees: 
$5,000  for first kayak team
$1,000  each additional team Fee includes:  Entry and timing for 6-mile
race; boats, personal flotation devices, paddles and event t-shirt;  gourmet
lunch and opportunities for company presence and booth space in the Water
Fest Village in the Battery Park City event site. New York Water Fest:  The
Riverkeeper Cup Corporate Kayak Challenge will be one of the three premier
water events at the New York Water Fest. The New York Water Fest is a day
devoted to celebrating the Hudson River, New York Harbor and surrounding
waterways. Join us as we raise awareness about the importance of the Hudson
River to New York¹s history, commerce, arts and culture.  In addition, New
York Water Fest will help raise visibility and funds for Riverkeeper, the
leading environmental advocate for the river---critical to the well being of
New Yorkers.  Water Fest will also host the Mayor¹s Cup New York City Kayak
Championships, an elite kayaking race around Manhattan Island, and the Big
Apple Splash Hudson River Float for the amateur rafter.  For more
