I think it speaks for itself. Ban me, but I have no use for a list that
restrict relevant communications on NY harbor kayak related matters.

association that provides this list as a paddles place

to meet and find places to paddle. I can appreciate

your feelings regarding the USCG however they are the

deciding factor in the port / harbor of NY.  If you

wish to continue a discussion within this subject

range please continue it with that agency. This
