NYCkayaker Randall's RFP for SBX connector

Hey, this is great! We really need to either steer this to people we know,
or get right in the face of whoever gets this job and tell them what kind of
clearance we need. I say at least six feet vertical at maximum high tide, so
we can scull through standing up, and at least 20 feet horizontal, the width
of a gig with oars extended (plus a few feet of margin). Let's go up there
this spring at a very low tide and see what's in the water, take some pix,
etc.
