Dam! I wish had a need to store my kayak, Gerry's
pitch is that good! 
BTW .... I may be selling my slightly used QCC Q700x
(18') red top/cream bottom rocket boat. (Planning to
build wooden one)   Those in the know know this is a
fast boat!
