Addresses: the list management software (Mailman) recognizes members
by their email addresses.  It doesn't know that fred at yahoo.com is
the same as fred at aol.com (because it can't know),  so if you're
subscribed as the former but send traffic as the latter...no joy.

Message size: Jeremy's set the size limit to 40K, so messages with
large attachments will probably hit that.  (As will really lengthy
messages sent in text and in HTML.)  Best approach is to reduce
textual attachments (doc, pdf) to text or to provide a URL for them.
(If you want to try to persuade Jeremy to change the limit, be my
guest: I'm staying out of it 'cause I've already lost three arguments
today and it's not even dinnertime yet. ;-) )
