Happy New Year everyone! Heads up about an important Community Board
12 meeting next Tuesday, Jan. 15. The Parks & Cultural Affairs
committee will be hearing from the NYC Parks Dept about Sherman Creek,
and developing public waterfront access in the area. This is a great
opportunity for
us to demonstrate support for open waterfront planning, and to convey
that we want to be involved in the process. Attendance from Washington
Heights/Inwood residents and rowers is especially important! I hope to
see you there!
