NYCkayaker Brooklyn Bridge Waterfall this Summer

Actually, the project once again is located in areas that don't really need
the project. Why not place the waterfalls in Washington Heights or The Bronx
(The Bronx already has a waterfall or two on The Bronx River, in the NY
Botanical Gardens and in The Bronx Zoo....) Why not try to bring people to
projects located in areas other than Manhattan south of 96th Street....
Otherwise, I am not against the project... Just its placement....
