High Bridge is a fantastic idea. I think you should pass it along to the Mayor's office and Bronx Borough President. BTW, on that day each year when they open up unusual places to the public, the open the old water tower on the Manhattan Side of High Bridge. It affords fantastic views of not only the bridge but the whole metropolitan area. Strongly recommend the climb up.
